Hi guys, first post here as I am about to get into tuning my LS swap BMW E46.
I ordered the HP Tuners MPVI2 and Training Package from ERM Performance on Monday then realized I should have ordered through Throttle-Up as they bought the rights to the Training program.
The money has come out of my Paypal and now been deducted from my credit card, but no response from ERM.
Do you know if ERM will send my order to Throttle-Up?
I have tried to contact ERM by phone, email and Facebook but no response. I understand the owner ED passed away but the ERM website let me place the order and took my money so it must be still active to some degree.

I have emailed 3 times, called twice and no response from ERM Performance. I have asked them to refund my money, but will have to file a claim through Paypal on Monday to get a refund.
I don't understand why the ERM website lets you place an order when they are clearly no longer in business.
