How do you handle the tuning aspect of this swap? Have a guy asking me about tuning after he swaps from auto to manual. Does he have to get a different ECM or some sort of transmission module for a manual? Any help appreciated.

You can use the AT PCM for MT swap, not the other way around.There a switch under Trans tab where you switch the AT off.
Swapping MT to AT on the other hand requires new PCM.
