I've been given a 16 Ram with an unknown cam, and unknown if there is a phaser/lock out installed to tune. A local dealership flashed it back to a stock file trying to solve a CEL, and of course now, it doesn't hardly run.
Is there a scanner PID that would indicate a limiter/lock out?
How would you guys approach this kind of situation (other than pulling things apart, and verifying. Trying to avoid that)
