2007 SRT8 Charger w/ Whipple supercharger

Hello fellow tuners,

We've got a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 with the 6.1L Hemi, installed a Whipple Superchargerkit but I'm running into some problems while tuning it.
Feels like we're getting close to getting it right, but it still has a nasty bug in the tune.

What happens is: While at a good amount of throttle (or at WOT) the engine will virbrate really fast like it's misfiring. But the thing is, it only happens around every shift.
While in the same gear it runs smooth troughout the whole gear, but when it comes to shifting it occurs.

The problem appears to be in the spark timing, when the problem occurs it seem to shift from the 'base spark table' into a 'safe spark table'
