Sd conversion question

When doing 2bar Sd, Is it mandatory to write entire with the Tcm included? I wasn't sure if the tcm needs to have the 2 bar included when write entire of the pcm. Trying to track down some trans shift issues after doing a 2 bar conversion.

This is the GEN 3 section, but sounds like you're working on a GEN 4. You don't have to write to the TCM when you update to the 2 bar tune.

Gen 3 p01 ecm with Allison Tcm. It is a 8.1l gas truck with Allison trans.
