Idle Surge, no RPM building 4.8 Turbo

Hello all, new to the forum, and relatively new to ls swaps too. Just built my 1951 f-1 ford with a 4.8, SS2, Pac 1218, vs racing 7875, e85, flex fuel, snake eaters, lots of fuel pumps .

Using Matt (sloppy) base tune as a start, but having a heck of a time getting it to idle and rev up. Starting, it idles around 550, but seems to randomly add RPM. Trying to learn a bit about HPT, only tuned on Motec before. Looking for someone to help out and give advice. Want to get on the road!

Added my log for anyone interested in helping out.avalanche flex fuel download - sloppy base numbers copied over.hpt

won't rev, first start with new tune.hpl

It looks like it's very lean at an idle. Do you have a wideband to verify that? The VE table looks very odd. I would start by adding a lot of fuel to it. It will look nearly normal if you multiply the entire table by 1.7. That would be a much better place to start the tune for sure. One more thing...The MAF codes P0101, 102, and 103 all three need to be set to MIL on First Error.
