    2016 Silverado - Gen V 5.3: Ported Heads/LT4 Pump/LT4 Inj/On3 Turbo Kit (8psi)

    Ok Guys,
I have been tuning since 2011 on HPTuners, but I am new to Gen V tuning. TO add injury to insult, I am trying to correct a tune created by another tuner. The car was on a MAF only tune and refused to go past 4000rpm. I have converted the tune to SD and am attempting to work out the bugs. Although I have modified the virtual torque, I a still having issues. It appears to me that Torque Mgmt is pulling timing in boost. Although I feel like I am moving in the right direction, I want to be sure. Also, I think the trans is slipping under boost as it is making an awful noise at full boost, which is 8psi. Lastly, I read on the forums that I could experience issues tuning in SD only? I have included the tune and a log from the file with several part throttle, WOT, and some idle time. Any inputs would be appreciated.

Both the MAF curve and VVE look very rough. My VVE tops out at 2,400 and yours is up at 3,800 (must be some amazing ported heads you have). Plus your MAF is showing 72 lb/min air at only 4 psi boost, which is craaaazy. I make 50 lb/min air at 10 lbs boost.
The high airflow is making the computer think it is making way too much torque and you are hitting the peak torque limit, which is probably why the throttle is only opening to 85%.

    My advice:
Breakout the pressure senor in the MAF to get a better BARO reading. Yours is climbing, which throws off the pressure ratio and makes it impossible to tune VVE.
Set Virtual torque all back to stock.
Set driver demand table back to stock.
For SD, turn on STFT to tune the VVE and use the wideband for PE regions.
Switch to MAF only and tune with STFT and wideband.
Adjust the power enrichment enable torque so it turns on when you go into boost. This table references the peak torque table and the calculated torque, so if you change those things it will change how the PE works.
Idle spark is pretty low, in the scanner, under vehicle controls click the "throttle cleaned" which resets the throttle control and helps fix some idle spark issues.

it will not rev past 4000 in sd mode. This has been an issue. I havent been on in a while, so maybe there is a walk around, but the only way I know to dial both models, is to dial in maf first, then use maf data to build a ve table
