You have 5-7 degrees knock on a few of those pulls. It is very possible to be false knock but you want to be sure. That is where your timing is going.
What gas are you using? I don't see a wide band in your log, do you have on hooked up on the car? This would be the first thing, verify that you are getting what you are commanded fuel wise.
You may need to desensitize the knock sensors with the long tubes but make sure you aren't actually lean. Also, you should zero our your PE RPM Delay and may need to increase the enrichment ramp in a bit but lets get a wide band on it first.
Peak torque tables may need to be increased once you get the knock under control and are making more torque, ECM may close the throttle on you.
