EGR Readiness for emission testing ... What ? There's no EGR on the Gen 5....

    Hi guys,

Quick question here... I have all my monitors ready on the ODB readiness test but the EGR

My issue is there is no damn EGR on the Gen 5 !!!

How can I force this EGR monitor on the ready /complete state... (Katech Stage 2 engine here on a C7 GrandSport)

P0401 is not even enabled in the engine diagnostic (no SES enable and no error reported)

I'm a little confused with this one...

Those damn emissions test look at that, I bet you that despite not having EGR they will bug me for this one...

    Thanks

The cam phaser functions as egr of sorts. Just got to go through all the fuel codes really.

Yeah I will make a test with no error reported for VVT functions to see. I still have VVT but only 4deg...

I found an EGR DTC P1400 that I put at No error reported and I put no error reported for all Camshaft position sensor DTC. This cleared the EGR ready FYI

could you give what DTC #'s for the camshaft positions you set to no error reported?

    Thanks!!

To be sure I did all of them....just put to no error reported all dtc relates to camshaft. I precise this is a tune only for emissions. I will reactivate all dtc after emission testing. I just wanted to have my monitors ready without driving 200-300miles
