Need help with 2014 Ford Mustang 3.7

I have this 2014 mustang 3.7 v6 in our shop it is catless and need to tune for rediness. Everything looks right but it still will not ready o2, heater, and egr (which it does not have?) anyone run into an issue on this car/ engine while tuning that can give some pointers?

everything changed that i normally do to ready emissions but this is the 1st one that has not worked i have done 2 other 14 stang v6's and no issues with those. trying to see if the file will upload
