I have a 2015 c7 z06 that have motor + trans tune. But i like the trans tune from my old z06 better but that was a 2016. Can i just load the 2016 tune i my 2015?

Just copy the data you want. Never flash a 2016 file into a 2015.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
