2006 Mustang GT auto to TR6060 swap

I have a 2006 Mustang gt that keeps going into fail safe mode at WOT also the speedometer is not accurate, I think they are connected. The vehicle also has a TR6060 which isn't factory. Other mods include a turbo kit and cams. I tried to disable the automatic switch and it immediately goes into failsafe mode. I put the auto switch back to the original position. I changed the load switch from 6 to 2 and it went into failsafe mode while going roughly 5 mph. My Main question is what load switch should it be on? Also, is there anything else I need to change for this swap? What other issues would cause the car to go into fail safe mode?

Best bet is to look at a 07-09 GT500 tune in the repository. Similar ECU, same trans.
