10% load decrease suddenly ar 50 km/h / 31 mph - Escalade 2011

Hi,

The 6.2 HEMI engine load decreases by 10 percent with moderate acceleration to 50 km/h (31mph). This barely lasts a second and then the engine accelerates normally. This phenomenon does not appear at full load, nor at very light load. Only when I accelerate around 50% load. This always happens exactly at 50km/h (31mph)! Do you have an idea of ​​what can induce this phenomenon knowing that we have changed everything on the car or almost (sensors, gearbox ECU, disable HEMI etc.)?
The only map that I have found related to speed (VSS) and not to RPM is the throttle map but it does not modify the phenomenon when you increase the reactivity of the throttle.
This problem remains the same with the stock file as tune files...
