Crazy Idle Accelerates On It's Own!

Hey Guys,

**** UPDATE **** Start at 17:51:12 on the file. That's where the crazy idle self acceleration stuff starts. My 2000 Chevy 4.8L with 289/518 cam will decide at random when I crank it up to spin the RPM's up to 3000, 4000 even 4800! It will start slow like 2000 then build to 3000 then come back down to 900 or so then right back up until it climbs to 4800 RPM. I have attached the files with it actually happening. Please help because it doesn't stop when driving... it will accelerate and not back off the throttle. Thank you in advance for your help!

Did you drill a hole in your tb? Is it cable driven?

Yes there is a hole drilled in the throttle body plate that was there when I purchased the truck. Yes it is drive by cable.
