2020 Whipple F150 5.0 intermittent P061A

I tuned my co-workers 2020 F150 5.0 Whipple on the dyno using the whipple tune as a starting point. My biggest changes were to shift tables. The truck is setting a P061A intermittently, but never setting the light. Not sure if it did this with the Whipple tune or not, as we never checked for soft codes. Only drivability issue we are seeing is it has an odd 3-4shift flare on light throttle. (did this before modifying the whipple tune). And has gone into an odd no throttle response mode a couple times, with no warning lamps.

I will have to back in my logs, but I am thinking that a torques issue..+/-...i had same code dialing in a cobra-jet 65mm throttle body. Check all you electrical connections to the ETC...
