2010 Escape tuning questions

Longtime LS tuner here, so looking at a ford tune is quite different. My brother recently picked up a 2.5L and a 2010 Escape PCM to put in a Ranchero. We've been looking into PATS and just getting all our ducks in a row, but I'm a little lost with the file I downloaded from the computer. I found a focus tune where PATS is right under 'system' - similar to VATS for gm, but this file doesn't have anything under 'system'.

Also, are these PCM's limited in their tuning ability through HP tuners? Can't find a VE table, and I can't see anything supporting 2 or 3 bar enhancements as we may want to hang a turbo on this thing eventually - then again I can't say I've seen any souped up escapes!
