chrysler grand voyager NGC3 cant get SKIM OFF

Hi,

i have this chrysler V6 in my shop and sometimes it wont accept the keys
so customer whants SKIM out of the car so it always starts.

Dodge NGC3, TEH247326IWA,

Protocol Info: SAE J2178, J1962: VPW

ECM: 10, VPW
VIN: 1C8GYB5R94Y126650 - 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser, 3,3 L, V6
Calibration IDs: 04748371AC
Calibration VNs: DC653A9F

in the software under SYSTEM and then Sequrity i turn off SKIM to disable and SKIM CAPABLE to Disable

flash calibration but it didnt work, car stil starts and stall engine after couple of seconds with a general KEY that is not programmed.
or original key with SKIM unit disconnected.

after this i flash complete ecu file but same result

anybody has a solution for this ?

ez solution is change the vin just have to have a tool to do it

Most likely that will not work in this case.
