    VCM suite cant write or use scanner support wont help

    Opened a support ticket last week and they seem uninterested in helping... The scanner crashes when connecting, program just closes when trying to connect. The editor wont write to ecu, just says failed and shows the x7F Negative Response Code Error. I have tried everything to make this work, updates, frame work, cables, nothing works. Everything was working fine for dozens of writes and hours of scanning, then just started doing this.

    Looks like the hpt forum is as helpful as opening a support ticket. I should have listened to the efi and sct guys, hpt has subpar software and a nonresponsive support dept. Thanks for the bricked ecm!
