    Quick question about changing tire size in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler

    The PCM is stock and i know i need a PCM to put a tune in the Jeep. However at this time i only need to change tire size.
    Can i do it with the special function in the scanner even though the PCM is stock and i haven't licensed it?
