Remove 4Lo throttle limiting in 2016 Tundra

I'm attempting to follow the video description here to eliminate artificial throttle limiting in 4-Lo since I'm out quite a bit in the CO mountains in 4 Lo.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kI4K5Wh5Jg

However, when I go to Engine-> Airflow, I don't have the Electronic Throttle tab you show in the video. I'm working on a 2016 SR5 Flex Fuel. I have the latest HPTune software, and the default tune downloaded by HP tune. Any ideas where I can find that throttle angle? See the attached screenshot.

    Thanks in advance!

The tables you're looking for are under Airflow -> Electronic Throttle -> Limits -> 1st Gear 4WD Low and Rev Gear 4WD Low

You can reference slide 44 in my tuning reference guide, linked in this post: https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...ning-Reference

EDIT: disregard above, just re-read and looked at your picture - please attach a copy of your .hpt file, I would like to take a look

Here's my HPT file. Thanks for helping out! 2016-Tundra-SR5-5.7-Flex-Fuel-295-70-R18.hpt

Took a look, was able to access the tables without issue, here's the edited file: 2016-Tundra-SR5-5.7-Flex-Fuel-295-70-R18 4LO Edit.hpt

You need to switch to the Advanced view in VCM editor (Edit -> View -> Advanced), then you will be able to see the tables.

I missed that detail when I was setting up the initial tune. That solved my issue, thank you!

I have found that this 4Lo delete does not work (1st gear 4WD Low = all set to 86 degrees). I have 40s, which exacerbates the issue and makes it easier to reproduce, on my Tundra with 5.29 gears and I still experience the engine not willing to rev up.

    I've also tried the following:
    Trans > Shift Scheduling > 4WD Low > 1-2 (all maxed out to 6500rpms)

I'm wondering if modifying this will work: Engine > Electronic Throttle > Limits > Torque Based > High Load
Because it shows that at low RPMs, for a stock mapping, the throttle is only at 6.2 degrees @ 400 RPMs for 111 lb-ft of torque. I'm thinking that even if the 4Lo delete is set to the max of 86 degrees, it actually never gets there because of this mapping. Your thoughts?
