12 valve tune

I have a 08 Cummins and am lookin to make a 12 valve tune for it. Has anybody done it already and how do I go about it? Any help is very much appreciated!!

It?s more of a VP tune than a 12v tune. Turn off pilot and post injection, turn up main timing and turn up rail pressure.

Till it sounds like an old 12 valve or VP pump truck. At idle, 8*BTDC and 8000-9000psi rail pressure.
