5.7 liter fuel problems, speed density

i ran into a problem i need help with, i have a 5.7 chevy running on a P01 ECU. we have been running on a speed density tune for months now, O2's turned off, MAF turned off and unplugged.

Last week it drove to work just fine with a 14-15 AFR but when i went to leave work the AFR gauge was off the chart. Come to find out it was running so rich it won't read. I have double checked my tune, the wiring and replaced the MAP and TPS.

does anyone have any direction on why this would happen?

It could be a bad MAP sensor, or coolant temp sensor or air temp sensor. Just scan it and see what codes you have. That will point you in the right direction.

thats why we are getting frustrated, replaced the MAP and subbed other temp sensors in it.

Does it run like it's rich, or is that just what the wideband is saying?
