New to Tuning and need help

So I have watched a few videos so far and picked up a few things but really not sure where to even start. I have a 2005 silverado 6.0L with BTR Stage 2 truck cam, Advanced Induction 225cc ported heads, TBSS intake and I believe 36LB injectors(P/N 12594512). I do have a wideband but its not hooked into hp tuners yet(not even sure how to go about doing that yet). Im lean at idle(15.4) and if I just bump the throttle it will go extremely rich(10.0) to extremely lean(18) when I let off and it tries to find idle again. Fuel pressure is at 62psi at idle(checked with mechanical gauge about 3ft off the pump). The attachment is a log from cold start up to operating temp with some in gear and some power breaking to 2500rpm.

For starters you have rich and lean backwards.

as for where to start. assuming you're using it, tune your maf sensor 1st. no need to start tuning your engine if it's collecting bad data.
