Idle Tuning on a Stock Car

Well gents I've searched and read as much as I can find on tuning the idle on the LS2. I really didn't find much on tuning the idle on a pretty much stock car, but mostly on cars that were cammed or had other modifications.

I'm looking to get my LTFT at or even closer to zero than they are now. At the moment they are at -5 with STFT being around +2 or +3. My understanding is that the LTFT value will be eventually be off set by the STFT value. If this is the case, am I correct in saying that my LTFT at idle will at some point become -3 or -2 instead of the -5 that it is at now? What would cause the PCM to introduce a STFT value? For your viewing pleasure, the scan is attached.

In order for me to get my LTFT closer to 0, which tables would you recommend me to look at? Thank you for the help gents!
