What it needs to build a boosted engine?

Hello, i have a procharge and now i'm building a new block (Je pistons, manly rods, bearings and arp stud kit)
The question is can my stock ls3 heads and stock cam can handle the boost and the power my goal is 17 boost and 580whp ?

(My engine is LS2 6.0 iron block and LS3 heads, 50lbs injectors, 450lph fuel pump)

If you're only making 580 whp at 17 psi, then you did something very wrong. That setup should make 580 whp on a soft dyno at like 7 psi.

But to answer your questions, yes the factory heads and cam will work ok for what you want, although I would suggest at least doing a mild cam and definitely upgrading springs. The Elgin E-1840-P tends to work very well and BTR .660 springs are a go-to for most people. Both will add minimal expense to your budget.
