Don’t copy anything from a ZL1 file other then injector data... that’s an expensive toy to learn to tune with..

A boosted low CR engine is vastly different then a high CR NA engine

What other upgrades did you do to the fuel system to be able to support the injectors?

Also, yeah.....this isn't an easy platform to learn to tune on.

Your low side and high side will need to be replaced with LT4 parts as well or the injector upgrade is useless.

I would not use 90% of the settings due to what I’ve mentioned prior... although similarities in CI and head flow, it’s not a good idea to use the Lt4 file as a start point

As mentioned, this one is a difficult one to learn on. If you have the LT4 MAF and tube, then you'll want to start with that as your MAF calibration. You'll have to spend some time on the VVE cal...the LT4 VVE won't be applicable.

That being said, I'd recommend that you pay someone like Ben to at least get you a base tune file. It would be money well spent.

The MAF sensors are the same… quit copying and start tuning

None of this matters unless you have a low side solution(at least an LT4 intake or DSX) and also the LT4 HPFP or the Big bore. You won't have enough fuel with stock LT1 fuel system and LT4 injectors.

Go to the gen 3 and gen4 sections, search the "how to tune using the stft+ltft method" thread, this will get you started, the only thing you will use from the zl1 file is the injector data, i also recomend you buying a wideband, AEM 30-0334 is what i prefer.

You can change the columns on any gen 5 program… depending tube size I always adjust this for maximum resolution
