2005 Corvette E40 Injector Bank Select Missing

I'm working on a 2005 Corvette with an E40. I don't have the injector bank select table. Is there a trick or a different place to find this information?

I have a whole bunch of E40 files and no matter what platform or OS, none of the '05s have injector bank select. '06 yes, but not '05.

Yeah, I did know that, thanks! I didn't know if there was another way to accomplish this on the 2005 Vette, like another table that does the same thing.
