Shoot Flames

I have an 06 Mustang Gt with no cats
If i were to install a 2 step and make the car a little more rich would i be able to shoot flames, Seen alot of mixed answers for different cars, so would like to know for my car, And If yall have any recommendations on what books/courses i can get to help me tune my car id appreciate it alot.

Don?t need to make it a little more rich with a 2-step. Just gotta set the two step and lightly tap the throttle to make it shoot flames
