VE table changes not allowed

I tried to adjust the Primary VE table today and only on THIS ECM I get this error (as seen in picture).
Gen 3 P59 ECM
anyone ever experience this? What do I have to do to fix this?
I tried to add the report as well but it wont allow me to do this.
just in case the picture isnt showing up on the post.... i get ... VCM Editor has encountered a problem we are sorry ..... Value doesnt fall within the expected range. and when i try to send the report to HPTuners it fails with that as well.
any help would be great.

What happens when you click on Dont send?

it completely closes out the program.

Can you at least tell us what you tried to do and then post the file in question, so someone who isn't you can try it and see if the same thing happens?

You may need to re-download the latest software etc ? Could be a software issue or maybe laptop having a moment

I thought the same at first, but then i opened many of the other tunes i have on my computer and flash drive and i can make changes to their tables, when i get off work I?ll post a copy of this tune and see if anyone else has the same issue with it that i am having
