I started it cold today (84F water temp) and just let it idle for a bit. It was hot out so I did turn the AC on a few times, which is any time the Inj pw went to 40 or more.
Rev limiter is set to 1400.
The tune used (attached) I tried to minimize my tinkering so less stuff done and what I did touch was mild. Not that it matters because it idles the same as the previous tune.

Have you gotten a smoke/boost leak test? I think any tuning is futile until the underlying issues are fixed.

No, but I can douche the intake in starting fluid and nothing happens. I may pressure test it myself one day but certainly not paying for it. Whatever issue it has is well hidden. The power loss issue is electronic, the idle no doubt is but not sure

hey so i finally got around to changing around some things to how mine are set but be aware i use a e30-e40 mix which requires about 5 gallons of e85 and the rest 93 octane. also spool performance app has a e85 calculator which is really helpful and i use it
im gonna throw on a data log file i have of my e85 cold start as well.

Thank you for doing that It looks like the main difference is spark. It looks like you started the car then ran scanner so I didn't see what happens at start, but still your spark was negative where mine is positive.
Other than that I don't see much difference.
What's the difference in messing with Inj slope vs Inj pulse width? Same end result or?

Here's one from a couple days ago where I've managed to tame it a little, or maybe it just didn't feel like freaking out as much. Rev limit 1400 and it didn't bounce off it for too long but you can see it takes some time to settle down.

This one is where it does similar but in gear and fully warmed up after driving. This clip is after 20+ min driving and I'm backing up to park. As soon as I stop the idle goes nuts. I let it run until it calmed down to record it, otherwise I put it in neutral to stop it. It doesn't do this very often, maybe once a week, and I can only assume it's the same issue causing it.

I tried the file you edited, no change on start.
