Can't write to vehicle, unlicensed file.

I already submitted a ticket to hptuners support but thought I'd ask here as well. I have a 2015 Caprice PPV 6.0 L77 and am trying to disable the DOD. These are the steps I took:

    1) Downloaded stock file, this took app. 6mins as it did read entire on the PCM, TCM, and FSCM.
    2) Made the appropriate modifications and saved as a separate file.
    3) Tried to write to vehicle, "You do not have a license.." message showed up.
    4) Clicked on show options, PCM for 2 credits and FSCM for 1 credit are only two options.
    5) Selected the PCM option for 2 credits and clicked ok on all following prompts.
    6) Dialog boxes go away and nothing else happens.
    7) Click on write vehicle again and the no license dialog shows up again, this time only the FSCM option shows up, the PCM option along with my two credits are gone.
    8) I am unable to write tune to vehicle and I'm confused.

The vehicle shows up under Paid Licenses along with my Camaro which I tuned a while back. What did I do wrong? Do I have to license the FSCM as well? I have no intentions of messing with it for now so I'd rather not.

Fixed it. I re-read the vehicle, excluding the FSCM. Works fine now.
