high-speed governor max those out, proportional disable that if it has a stutter when hit it hard either lower or remove some pilot. get some data logs to see how it acts I do run less pilot timing in my 03 FYI I chased my tail for time getting that to run smoother.
here is a tow tune I have in it until I get the new turbo on, just look at the diff log and pilot it will help, looks like a decent start though

Thanks for the reply I?m new to the whole tuning thing I have had several high hp trucks but always left the tuning to someone else and figured I?d practice on the one that was close to stock! I will try and log it today! Can I take and add the OS patch into say this file I have already modified or do I need to read the truck again and then do the patch before I change anything? I also still have the very first read file that was generated by hp before I changed anything.

You can apply the OS patch to your current tune file in use.

    Log file

The truck runs super clean but I am thinking something is still limiting mm3 and timing? Sorry the log is kind of long.

did you adjust limiters and compare the file I posted? you'll need to that and should get full fueling and logs I usually drive to work and let it go. the more data the better.
your axis that all go to 160 i'd put them back to 140 or in base fueling ask for more, you always want to ask for more than you can get to the ecm lets it max out

post up a good long data log from driving it to beating on it, the base dc you have in there may need some adjusting if desired vs actual fuel psi is off. it should be getting.
i would fix the mm3 axis or base fueling should be higher it still may not be getting full fuel, whenever you post a tune post a log, please
