    How does HPTuners ship? USPS? UPS?

    Ordered the latest HPTuners MPVI EIO last Tuesday and I'm wondering... How does HPTuners ship?

    I live in Bloomington/Normal, IL, so I should only be a couple hours away, and I received the email with my serial number and application key last week. Just want to make sure it hasn't gotten lost in transit - plus I'm really anxious to play with it

    they ship out of Orlando Florida near the Superchips facility via ups.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    You can usually email sales for a tracking number but I wouldnt be suprised if it shows up in the next day or so.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    It took me a whole 8 days to get it from time of order. That was including a weekend and a holiday. Cant ask for better than that! I live in SC.

    They ship via UPS ground from orlando fl.

    They go out the day of or the day before you receive your application key.

    And get ready for a BIG surprise when UPS charges you around $40 for doing the brokerage documents. If HPT would have their supplier ship the unit via the postal service, the charge would be $5. UPS doesn't charge the brokerage fee in the shipment is 2-day, and even the surcharge for 2 day service wouldn't cost $40 more. This has been discussed a number of times. HPT still doesn't get it. Non-US customers need consideration too.

    I'm in Davenport IA and just made an internet order (is this the only way?) last Thursday 12/7/06. Looks like I must have quite a wait ahead of me since I have NOT recieved anything - not even a invoice (not to mention something cool like a tracking number or application key). I figured I must of messed the order up, but good thing I have the phone number to my credit card. At least I can see they took my money. I guess that must mean it is in process? sigh.....

    krnimke, your order should ship out wednesday, or at least no later than thursday.

    You will receive an e-mail with an application key after your order has been shipped though.

    It definately already shipped, we have no back orders.

    E-mail us with your order info and we can get you an update.

    It likely shipped the day of, or before you received your application key, via ups ground from orlando FL.
