    2011 LC9 from 2008 LY5, Need guidance

    Howdy all,
I have a 2008 body truck, the MAF sensor is the 08 sensor, all the sensors physically on the engine are 2011 as well as the injector, intake, map sensor. I have stock files for both. The injectors have to be adjusted for flow, dead time etc. I'm going to have to interpolate the data for that.
My question is since the MAF is the 08 do i need to adjust the frequency vs airflow calibration. There are quite a few other differences besides needing to code injector data and Map calibration. I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on what all i need to change.

I am new at this. I went through the HP academy course for fundamentals and reflashing, however I am still pretty lost.

You'll just use your original 2008 MAF data.
If you're going to use the 2011 MAP sensor, just use the 2011 MAP sensor data in your tune.
Same thing for the injectors...if you're going to use the 2011 injectors, just copy that data into your tune.
That will get it started up and running good.
What are you going to do about VVT?

The LY5 cam is in the LC9

Should i use the 2011 Volumetric efficiency coefficients?

Just use your original VVE tables.

Okay thanks for the help. Should i adjust the knock sensor settings as well? the settings are different per cylinder.

Use the 2008 settings for knock sensor settings.
