GM 8.1 Twin Turbo Motorhome - DFCO enable in VE Mod only

Hi Everyone, I'm getting very close to having my twin turbo motorhome dialed in (thanks to many people here!). I have decided to run it in SD mod only because in MAF and SD together the MAF is at it's limit and it messes up fueling.

I have my final tune and fueling done but would like DFCO to work again, however it seems not to turn on now that the MAF is disabled? Is that something that happens because the MAF is faulted? I checked the parameters from the stock tune and everything looks fine. Maybe just something I have to live with if I want to run in SD...?

Jonathan, have you considered just going to a cartridge style MAF and putting it in a bigger tube to maintain the blended MAF/SD functionality?
