00 start up idle issues WILL SOME BODY LOOK AT THIS

so i have fixed the last posts problem with the coolant temp. now im back to square 1 with this idle problem . i need some help in the right direction heres the tune

It's likely you base running airflow table...but we will need a datalog to know for sure.

I would put the spark idle overspeed table back to stock...then take the entire overspeed table and multiply it by .5
Does it surge when it's in speed density mode? The fuel tables look are populated with some pretty small numbers at low rpm.

yes it does surge after its warmed up. so thunk i need to add some fuel at the bottom
