I have a car that had the air pump and egr system removed. What do I need to do to fix this in the software? I have turned of the DTC's for seemingly related EGR and AIR pump. Is there anything I have to do to stop a signal?

Set all the codes related or any code that you have coming up in your pcm related to the egr/air to "no error report".

There should be enable/disable temps to run both of those. Max them out so they never run.
