Stable is the newest known stable version, least amount of bugs and does most things just fine.
Beta typically adds new definitions offers some newer pricing on some ecm but there is potential for bugs in the software due to a new build being created every day(sometimes several per day). All we ask is that if you do run the beta that you report any bugs you find directly to us by emailing support at hptuners dot com
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
