    Here's a 5.9 magnum base tune
    01ram59.hpt

I'm also looking for a way to calibrate the speedo. I tried the "controls and special functions" in VCM scanner but it's just blank. Seems the answer is it's not supported on our vehicles. What are our options for changing speedo for new tire size?

Jtec/+ tire size calibration is set in the ABS module. You need a higher end scanner to set. HP tuner only talks to the PCM on Jtec cars. I have a snapon solus edge that does it.
