2004 gmc stage 3 btr cam idle

have one that idle slowly goes up in drive and doesnt want to slow down when coming to a stop.

Try changing the whole row of your rolling/moving idle to your operating temp base idle and see if that helps. My 02 tahoe tahoe was doing that and after i changed it, it quit hanging. Thats where i would start

even if its at 0 now? also how would i turn down idle when its not moving? would that table also lower it with the ac on? it normally idles at 850 ish in drive and no matter what i do it wont go lower either even with ac off

Clean the throttle body so clean you could eat off it first.
