2016 Mustang GT only a few parameters avaliable

Hello, im completly new in the hp tuners vcm scanner. My tuner send me a xml file with the parameters I have to log, but most of them are greyed out with the not supported icon. I only can log some standart parameters like rpm, maf and lambda. how do I solve the problem and get all the parameters my tuner needs logged?

Might not be answering as well as others maybe but the scanner needs to build a library of available items that CAN be scanned. Every car and computer is different , and some years even have different possibilities of what they can log even if its the same car - I always get on the phone with the customer and have them add the things we need scanned manually, then save them. Its a little more hassle but it makes sure we get what we need. Dont be afraid to ask - what you are seeing is normal when the added items arent exactly supported by your car, even if you car might have that item available.
