ALL Tuning parameters for Ranger px2 3.2 diesle engine

Hi everyone, I'm really really keen to purchase a copy of HP tuners softwear and obd2 port to tune my ford ranger...but I've been told by a freind there isn't much you can tune on a ford ranger 2018 px2 3.2 diesle engine ? He told me they HP tuner developers havent been able to decode many tabels ? Is this correct ? Can someone please take a printscreen shot of the tables u can tune on or even a list of what you can tune on would be awsome.

You can tune the SID208/209 ecu for the Ranger with HP Tuners.
