resync failed - invalid submission

Good morning,

I have used HP Tuners previously without issue just sold the mpvi2 with the car.

Well I cant get the mpvi2 to resync - submission invalid.

Ive searched and tried all the trouble shooting I could find.

Submitted a help desk ticket and if there is any insight into resolving this would be amazing.

Just have to change a few basic setting on this mds delete dodge charger i recently completed.

It sounds like your software may be out of date.

Make sure you're using the latest VCM Suite found here: https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/

The latest stable or the latest beta should work for you, based on your preference.

Ive uninstalled all software and reinstalled both the stable and beta versions.

When I try to sync with the Beta it actually says contact customer support. Not "submission invalid" like the stable version says.

Ive went thru all the date and time troubleshooting. Ive tried two different Laptops also.
