Improper gear ratio after tune for firmer shifts

    2008 Chrysler 300 5.7
Got a tune to increase shift firmness and now limp mode. Codes p0371-5
What are the gear ratios for a nag1 and what should I check for to fix this issue?

Also, I see there’s 3 tables for upshift, normal, performance and winter. How would we select either on the fly? Could I just tune the normal as I would the performance and call it George?
