Supported vehicle, stock.
Failed ECM intermittently not driving injector #5.
Obtained replacement ECM(s - multiple), unable to program with factory scan tool. Was told by a Ford master tech that it may be that ICM (Instrument Panel Cluster Module).

Wondering if I pull the Cal with HP and flash it to the new ECM it would take it. Is there such a thing as full flash and cal flash with these?
What will it look for if I wanted to simply replace the ECM on a stock vehicle?

Is it a waste of $99 to try out of desperation??
