    cold start issue with fish dual cp3 controller

    It start then stumble for couple second then come back to normal......when hot no issue....tried lot of dc start up change and didn't help...someone have an idea?

    Your cold start data log dops to 2700psi possibly falling outside the minimum pressure required to actuate the injector where you hot data log doesn't. You're also making 15kpsi on startup then it appears to overcorrect this over shoot when cold where hot it doesn't. That's almost 3x above commanded pressure on both logs.

    Yup im at this conclusion too...but dont find how to "fix" it

    It's in the PID loop control for your pressure control valve. Usually the derivative value will need to be lowered a bit, that's the error rate of change it'll target for it's final correction. Since it's over shooting it'll require reducing. check out this ivdeo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkfE...channel=MATLAB to help visiualize it. Also Post your tune and ill see if i can find the appropriate table.

    Btw there may be other tables at play here causing a worse reaction when cold, like adding something to the control loop. I don't tune dodges But there is no doubt that going from one pump to two will require some massaging of the control loop to get factory like desired results.

    Issue fixed....controller didnt had power at start position and it would spike rail pressure during cranking

    Did it also fix the dropping too low issue as well?
