Can someone please help? I've had a support ticket (15368) in process for 5 working days (7 total days). I've replied and asked for a status update twice and have gotten zero response.

My RTD has quit connecting while using the RTD flasher software. It still works and connects to the vehicle using VCM scanner and data logs properly and will even resync the interface. My problem is that it will not connect using the RTD flasher software. When I try to flash a new tune it says "Interface not found or not responding". When I try to resync the interface it says "please connect an MPVI2 interface". The device will not properly pull the VCM suite info either. It says "Interface not opened: Not Found". My credits are valid and show up under license information.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm about to spend a second weekend looking at my truck sitting in the driveway unless someone has a solution.
