    2013 zl1 with kong blower

    hi guys
could you please check my log/tune and help me with these questions:

    1. why afr jumping up/down when in wot. sometimes its 0.84 split second later is 0.76 lambda. Is it related to fuel pressure dropping?
    2. bank1 02 reads richer then bank2. spark plugs look ok, i changed 02 sensors. Could be this further mechanical problem or this could be related to stage 1 camshaft?
    3. your thoughts on the log in general.

I have a 2013 ZL1 with similar mods that I tuned myself, I will take a look at this when I get home.

The fuel pressure is nosing over big time. You might think about a boost-a-pump to help feed it. That'll get the injector DC down a good bit as well.

Your maf curve is really rough and needs some major work as does you vve table. There shouldn't be drastic cell-to-cell variations in the vve and the maf should be a smooth curve. Looks like your data is skewed that your basing your changes on.

Another thing you should also do is change your spark airmass axis to go higher than 1.36 grams. You are going over 2 grams and your spark table is only going to be using what numbers you have in the 1.36 line.

Did you have any issues with the 112mm tb? I'm getting power reduction mode at 3500

I see your fuel pressure falling off but its still above 50psi which should be okay. Might need more tuning with the AUX pump, I would think that you have enough pump to keep pressure up. I believe you can add a boost a pump to the AUX pump if you are running out of fuel. Like stated your MAF and VVE table is pretty bumpy. Both should be pretty smooth. IDC is pretty close to 100%, maxing out those 1300's but its probably due to the fuel pressure dropping making them work harder. With the boost and TQ your running 26* is pretty spicy even on e85. My cts-v stopped making power on e85 at 23.5* but I am stock cams/heads. Have you dynoed it to check MBT? Here are some pics of your maf and vve. MAF needs smoothed out and the VVE table is really bad. I also posted a pic of my VVE table for comparison.
