2009 Ram procharged cutting off at launch

Hello, im having a weird issue with a 2009 Ram with a procharger. When i launch it, pulls to about 2300rpm and then it cuts off and stutters for just a second and then keeps accelerating and pulls nice and clean to over 6k rpm. My wideband doesnt show a lean spot but according to the o2s, it shows that it has a lean spike but i tried richening it up quite a bit on the ve table on the same spot with no luck. The throttle looks to be staying open and we tested fuel pressure and its not loosing fuel pressure. Tune has some spots it needs worked on but in general running pretty great, just this issue is what im having

This is a log and the tune its currently on. If you zoom in you can see the injector duty cycle is going up and down at the spot where it stutters.
