Usually a sensor or wiring issue.
Swap the sensor side to side with bank 1 to see if the issue follows. Not sure if your vehicle will let you do that because of wire harness length. I'm used to GM vehicles where everything is basically the same length on the harness so it's very easy to test that.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
